• All payments must be made via card through Active Network, our registration platform. Arts Together no longer accepts check or cash payments made in person or by mail.

• There is an Annual Class Registration fee of $30 for ALL of our Dance and Arts Classes. This doesn't apply to Workshops, and is waived for families who have paid their registration fee for Preschool or RDC.

• When registering, you may pay in full or in monthly installments. If you choose to pay in monthly installments, a 20% deposit of your total tuition amount will be collected at the time of registration.

• Enrollment in our multi-arts programs occurs year round, as space allows. Tuition cost will be pro-rated by the month.

Refunds must be requested before the date registration closes for each class session or workshop and will be honored in full. Arts Together will not offer refunds after registration closes or while a class session or workshop is in progress but will offer a pro-rated credit towards future programming. Arts Together will also not offer refunds if a class or workshop must switch formats from in-person to virtual in the event of a positive COVID-19 case.

When registering for a Class Session or Workshop, you will have the option to add a Pay It Forward Scholarship of $20 (or the amount of your choosing) to your order. This donation goes directly to our Scholarship Fund, which assists families and individuals that are unable to afford the full cost of our arts programs. Thank you for partnering with us in making the arts more accessible to everyone!

Arts Together strives to be accessible and welcoming to individuals with disabilities/special learning needs that require program modifications. We will work to provide reasonable accommodations but ask that you make any requests two weeks prior to the start of the program.
